Newer homes in superior living communities with modern and spacious floor plans, lovingly designed décor, modernized facilities and amenities ensure extra comfort. There are houses available with 3 bedrooms, suitable for up to 8 person’s, some with 4 bedrooms which offer up to 10 person’’s accommodation, and even some with 5 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 12 persons.

Homes are located in various communites from 8 – 32 km from Walt Disney World. It is only a few minutes drive from the homes to a large range of restaurants and shopping facilities.

The houses are also fitted with various extras. These range from an extra living room or dining room to an extra TV, video recorder or CD player.

Bordering the individual homes, guests will find children’s playgrounds, communal swimming pools, a golf course, tennis court or basketball court, or even a clubhouse. The standard amount of pool furtniture provided is 2 sun loungers 4 chairs and a table.
 When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as security for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed.

Cardiff is to have a direct link to the sunshine state of Florida next summer thanks to the Scottish low fare airline flyglobespan.

The web-based airline plans to renew Wales’ easy access route to the US holiday capital by launching a scheduled service from next May.

They will fly every Wednesday from Cardiff direct to Orlando Sanford – gateway to the sunshine, fantastic shopping and world class visitor attractions that Florida has to offer.

THE first direct flights from Edinburgh Airport to Florida are set to be launched in summer 2010, with a weekly service to take holidaymakers to the Sunshine State.
